All Herrfors electricity contracts can, if you wish, be supplemented with electricity certified by a Guarantee of Origin. This means that the electricity you purchase is produced from renewable energy sources such as wind, hydro or bioenergy, and its origin is verified through an official system.
A Guarantee of Origin is an easy way to demonstrate responsibility to your own customers and partners – without making any changes to the type of contract.

The choice depends on your company’s electricity consumption and how much you want to monitor or control costs:
- Stable is suitable if you want a stable price without surprises. A good option when consumption is steady and you don’t want to follow the market.
- Stable+ is for companies that can time their consumption to cheaper hours. The price can be lower, but it depends on when the electricity is used.
- Spot+ is for companies that can benefit from market price fluctuations or want to fix the price for specific periods (for example, for a month or a year). This requires more monitoring but offers potential savings.
If your company uses less than 100,000 kWh of electricity per year, you can directly choose from the ready-made contracts. If consumption is higher, it is recommended to discuss with our expert.
Yes. You can change the contract type, but for contracts valid until further notice there is a 14-day notice period. For fixed-term contracts, changes can be made when the contract period ends.
