Herrfors owns or manages intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, graphics, logos, images, etc.) to all distributed material, including images and logos. The customer has the right to use these resources only for private communication and for permitted, regulated purposes.
Terms of use:
- Nature of the right of use: The use is based on non-exclusive, non-transferable, and time-limited licenses, which cannot be assigned to others.
- Copying and use: You may download and use Herrfors images and logos only legally and non-commercially for communication.
- Notices and restrictions: You may not modify, rent, sell, or sublicense the materials. All copyright and ownership notices must remain intact.
- No modification rights: Reworking of logos or images is prohibited without separate permission.
- Violations: Infringements of intellectual property rights may lead to the revocation of the right of use or termination of the agreement.
