Whether you are an electricity contract customer, district heating customer, or network service customer, the service provides you with the relevant information, functions, and tools. You can view invoices, manage contracts, monitor energy consumption, and update your contact details – securely and easily.

You log in to MyHerrfors using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. The service is available 24/7 on a computer or mobile device.

Can I see all my invoices in Oma Herrfors?

Yes. You can view both open and paid invoices, and download them in PDF format if needed.

Can I submit a change of address notice in Oma Herrfors?

Yes, but only in certain cases. You can submit a change of address notice in MyHerrfors if you have an electricity sales contract with Herrfors.
If you only have a network service contract or a district heating contract, the notice cannot be submitted through the service.

How can I see my own electricity consumption?

In MyHerrfors, you can monitor your electricity consumption on a daily, weekly, and monthly level. You can also link the consumption to spot prices on an hourly basis.

Can I also monitor district heating consumption?

Yes, if you are a district heating customer. Your own heat consumption is displayed in the service across different time periods.

Can I view and accept electricity contract offers in MyHerrfors?

Yes. You will receive notifications about renewal offers and can accept them directly in the service.

Does MyHerrfors work on a phone as well?

Yes. You can use MyHerrfors directly in your phone’s browser. The service is mobile-optimized.
