The Elli robot will start calling Herrfors customers in November to help them start using e-invoices.

The Elli Robot Helps Customers Start Using E-Invoices

The Elli robot will start calling Herrfors customers during week 44 to help them start using e-invoices. If you don’t answer the first call, the robot will try again – to ensure as many people as possible get help switching to e-invoicing.

The purpose of the call is to make it easier for customers to transition to e-invoices. With the help of the Elli robot, switching to e-invoicing is simple. The robot will ask for your bank so that we can send the e-invoice request to the correct bank. However, the robot will never ask for your login details or account information.

If you prefer, you can also activate e-invoicing directly in your online bank.
