Recurring power outages in the Koivukallio, Toivonpuisto and Salmiperä areas

A recurring fault has occurred in the medium-voltage network in the Koivukallio, Toivonpuisto and Salmiperä areas, causing power outages for approximately 1,200–1,400 customers.

Efforts to locate the fault are ongoing. We are making changes to the electricity network in the area to limit the potential area affected by the fault and reduce the number of customers who would be affected by any new disruption.

These measures do not yet eliminate the underlying fault, but they help reduce the impact of disruptions while the fault is being investigated.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the power outages and will continue actively working to identify the fault.
